Astronaut Megan McArthur is presenting at UD

Hi All,

I wanted to inform all of you that Astronaut Megan McArthur is coming to UD on Thurs Jan 14 to give a presentation.

She will be presenting on Thursday Jan. 14 at 4:30PM in Sears Auditorium in the Humanities Building.

Some background info on Dr. Megan McArthur: Undergrad in Aerospace Engineering, PhD in Oceanography, joined NASA in 2000, served aboard the STS-125 Atlantis in May 2009 on the fifth and final Hubble servicing mission.. You can google her at "astronaut megan mcarthur" and get lots of great info.

Take Brown street south, turn left on Irving Avenue, turn left onto Evanston Ave, and follow it two blocks until you see the large Parking Lot C on the left.

Stop at the guard shack at the entrance to lot C for a free visitor parking pass for the event. Don't worry about the visitors parking pass if no one is at the guard shack.

The Humanities building is to the right of the Kettering Labs Engineering Building(at the back of Lot C).

Best Regards,
John Chumack
