Luminance: 100x60sec, saved as FITS
RGB: 20x60sec, saved as FITS
Guide scope: Meade DSX-90, PHD
Software: Envisage, Autostar Image Processing, Nebulosity, Photoshop

I was thrilled at how this one turned out. The really neat detail in NGC3718 (on the right) is very faint which is why I went with so many subs on the luminance. I was particularly pleased as this was taken in a direction from my back yard that’s right on the edge of where my local light pollution starts to get very bad. As a bonus, the background is just peppered with faint background galaxies.
