Jupiter's Impact scar still visible! Big Blue spots on Jupiter too!

Hi All,

Here is a shot I took on 08-31-09 in not so good seeing,

The Wesley Impact Scar is still visible on Jupiter's Southern pole, the imapct scar is long and thin now.

There are some new interesting dark blue spots in the Northern equatorial belt.

These spots are starting to rival the size of the GRS.

The point is to keep watching Jupiter, many interesting things are happening on the cloud tops.

DMK firewire camera, 2x barlow and 10" sct scope, 1200 frames in Registax.
Processed in Maxim DL & Adobe.

Best Regards,
John Chumack
